Psychological Evaluation (includes clinical interview, review of records, collateral interview, test administration, test scoring & interpretation, report writing) $400 per hour, usual evaluation takes 15-30 hrs to complete
Travel time $200 per hour if needed to go outside of San Francisco area
Court Testimony (includes consultation with attorney, preparation, round trip to and from office, time spent in court) $400 per hour
